Terms and Conditions – BetPro ID Pakistan Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to betpro id. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply when you access and use the betpro id platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, promotions and any other services we make available to you.

By registering an account on betpro id, making a deposit or placing a wager, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the betpro id platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing betpro id, including those depositing and transacting in PKR using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards or other supported payment methods available to Pakistani players.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use a betpro id account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betpro id is strictly an adult platform and does not permit the registration or use of accounts by anyone under the age of 18.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and update this information promptly if it changes.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of betpro id or its partners.
• You must not have a previously closed, suspended or banned betpro id account unless explicitly reinstated by our support team.

3. Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one betpro id account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same payment method or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

betpro id reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during the registration process, before processing a withdrawal or as part of an ongoing account review. Verification documents may include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being temporarily restricted until verification is complete. We ask for these documents to protect our players and to maintain the integrity of the platform — it is a standard part of responsible platform operation.

Your registered account information — including your name, CNIC number and payment method details — must match the documents provided during verification. Discrepancies may delay withdrawal processing or trigger an account review.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on betpro id are conducted in PKR. We support the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time — the cashier section of your account will always show the current options.

Deposits are typically reflected in your betpro id account balance within a few minutes of a successful transaction. If a deposit does not reflect within a reasonable time, contact our support team with your transaction reference number so we can investigate.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. • Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are shown in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification before processing. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tier receive priority withdrawal processing.
• betpro id reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. Your withdrawal method must be registered in your own name.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

betpro id runs a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, VIP cashback and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as PSL matches and T20 tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit, time limit and any maximum withdrawal cap — which are displayed alongside the offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all betpro id promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable PKR.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward a wagering requirement; sports bets and fish games may contribute at a different rate as stated in the specific offer.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before the wagering requirement is met.
• betpro id reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer if we believe it has been accepted in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account is a breach of these Terms.
• Free spins, where offered, will be on specific games at specified PKR stake values as stated in the offer details.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on betpro id — including slot games, fish shooting games and any other real-money game titles — use certified random number generation to determine outcomes. Game results are not influenced by bet size, previous results, account history or any other external factor. Every player has the same statistical chance on every spin or game round.

Game results are final once a round has been completed and confirmed by the system. betpro id does not reverse completed game results except in cases of a verified technical fault that affected the integrity of the round. In such cases, the affected round may be voided and your stake returned to your account balance.

• It is your responsibility to ensure your internet connection is stable before starting a game round. betpro id is not responsible for interrupted sessions caused by connectivity issues on your end.
• If a game session is disconnected mid-round due to a server-side fault, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules when the connection is restored.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface before you place a wager.
• betpro id reserves the right to add, remove or modify game titles in its library at any time without prior notice.

7. Sports Betting Rules

betpro id offers sports betting markets covering cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football and esports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you view a market and the time you confirm your bet — the final confirmed odds apply.
• In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of a match. Any bets placed during a suspended market will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or not completed within the timeframe specified in the market rules, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport-specific rules shown in the betting section.
• PSL and T20 markets follow standard cricket betting settlement rules. For matches affected by weather, the DLS method result (if applied by the official match officials) will be used for settlement.
• Errors in odds caused by a technical fault may result in the affected bets being voided. betpro id will notify affected players and return their stakes promptly.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event are displayed in the betting section. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding this limit may be partially accepted at the platform's discretion.

8. VIP Programme

betpro id runs a five-tier VIP loyalty programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — that rewards players for continued real-money activity on the platform. VIP points are earned on qualifying wagers across slots, fish games and sports betting.

• VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Maintaining your tier requires a minimum level of qualifying activity within the applicable review period, as shown in the VIP section of the platform.
• VIP benefits include PKR cashback, improved withdrawal limits, faster processing times, exclusive bonus offers and — from Platinum tier upward — a dedicated personal account manager.
• VIP points are not transferable between accounts and have no direct PKR cash value outside of the VIP redemption system.
• betpro id reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefits or the points structure at any time. Players will be notified of material changes in advance.
• Abuse of VIP benefits — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to accumulate points — will result in VIP status being revoked and the account being reviewed.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpro id login credentials — your username and password. betpro id staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from betpro id and requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

You should use a strong, unique password for your betpro id account and avoid using the same password on other websites or apps. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, change your password immediately and contact support.

• betpro id is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Do not share your account access with any other person. Each betpro id account is for the personal use of the registered account holder only.
• betpro id uses industry-standard encryption to protect your account data and PKR transaction history. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betpro id and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance, pending withdrawal or bonus:

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity during registration.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any part of the betpro id platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated through an exploit will be voided.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion with other players.
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime through the platform.
• Placing bets with the primary intention of clearing a bonus rather than genuine gameplay, using low-risk hedging strategies designed to game wagering requirements.
• Using a VPN or other method to misrepresent your location in a way that breaches these Terms.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

betpro id reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or otherwise acted in a way that is harmful to the platform or to other players.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real money, bonus balance and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your own account at any time by contacting the betpro id support team. If you close your account for responsible gaming reasons, we will apply the relevant self-exclusion or cooling-off period to ensure your account cannot be reopened prematurely.

12. Privacy & Data

betpro id collects and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can read in full on the Privacy Policy page. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is used to manage your account, process PKR transactions, verify your identity and improve the platform experience. We may share data with payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa as necessary to complete your transactions.
